We All Work the Same

So, I feel like we all try to compete when it comes to our daily jobs. For example, someone I know may be a manual labor worker. Working in the hot sun all day, blisters, and dirt and sweat. Where as, others who have desk jobs are usually in an air conditioned/heated environment and they use their brains rather than muscle. Don't get me wrong...I'm not saying those who do manual labor don't use their brains. I am saying that everyone uses different muscles for different jobs. So when someone says they are tired or exhausted or complain about work, let's not draw it back to ourselves and say, "That's nothing! I had to..." You know what I'm saying? Everyone works. Most of us do our best. Sometimes that means killing ourselves. Be sensitive to each other. Put yourself in each others shoes and see from their point of view. Sympathize with one another. Don't try to make it sound like you have a harder job or harder life. We all have our struggles. It's not a competition on who has the most. Try to understand. That's it.
