What If We Were Honest?

What if we didn't talk about people behind their back? Good or bad? We should be open about those things. People are perfectly fine saying nice things loud enough for you to hear, but when they don't like something about you they keep it hush-hush. I am not saying you should just go around and tell people they are ugly or something, but if something/someone is bothering you and it's something that can be changed, don't just try to deal with it. Talk to that person, and ask them if they could work on it at least when they are around you. I heard of a movie where they had tiny cameras everywhere. They said that we all needed to be accountable. No more secrets. And to a degree, I think that is a creative idea. But there is also the line of privacy. But when we are in private we act a different way than when we are in public. What if we try to be the same person that we are in private out in public too. Try to be more open about your life. Try to be accountable, just don't sell your life information to everyone. It's good not to hide everything, but it is good to hold some things back. Otherwise, we wouldn't have very many conversation starters, would we? Don't be so scared to be yourself. Be open with who you are as a person! Share your likes, your dislikes, your character traits. etc. It's freeing! Don't care about what people might think of you! We try to hide who we truly are just so someone will like us. That's what society teaches us to do these days! Let's try to be ourselves always!
